Practical support that works with your ADHD, not against it
We don't see ADHD as something to fix. Our sessions are collaborative and grounded in the real situations you're dealing with right now - at work, at home and in your relationships. Together, we'll:
-
Make sense of the patterns that keep tripping you up
-
Build strategies for organisation, focus and emotion regulation that suit your brain
-
Look at how stress, anxiety or low mood are interacting with your ADHD
-
Rebuild self-compassion - especially if you've spent years being called lazy, disorganised or "too much"
Whether you've just been diagnosed, you're still wondering if ADHD explains things, or you've been managing on your own for years, you're welcome here.

Meet Your Glebe Psychologist

Anthony Brown - Founder & Principal Psychologist
Anthony founded ADHD Therapy Australia to create a practice where people with ADHD could access supportive, practical therapy. He brings a warm, authentic and integrated approach to every session - tailored to you, not a template.
He has extensive experience working with adults with ADHD from a wide range of cultures and communities, including LGBTQIA+ and First Nations clients, and supports people with depression, anxiety, sleep issues and trauma - understanding how these often overlap with ADHD.
In person at Glebe on Thursdays. Also available online Tuesday and Wednesday. Currently accepting new therapy clients.
